Took my truck in for an oil change and once they inspected my truck they found I needed to replace my back brakes. So I did. The service department was pretty efficient. I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Takes a while to get out of there, which is normal but they have a nice little waiting area with soda, water and coffee available, a little charging station which is a plus and and television.
Tonya is always so helpful, and the service department does great work. They always keep me updated with the work being done and have it done in a timely manner.

I have always hesitated to use dealership service, but with the Lexus Service Department servicing a Lexus it makes sense. Recall work was done promptly. Also topped off antifreeze no charge. Cleaned car perfectly, no water spots. Interior was also cleaned and vacuumed. Mats were also cleaned. Trunk was also vacuumed. Recall and all above "NO Charge"
