He is very patient, he wont pressure you and has great costumer service skills. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has never taken out a car out of a dealer. He makes sure you come out of there with all the information you need. He speaks Spanish as well for all the people who don't speak English!

I highly recommend Luis Andrade if you are buying a car here. He is down to earth type of guy, fully understand a buyer’s perspective and patiently helps us along the way in buying our new Lexus. A week after buying and he still text me to ensure all my questions and needs are taken care off. Great guy and great follow up.

I brought the car in for a routine maintenance. I needed new tires so I was given a loaner. The only complaint I would have is that I did not received a call or message when the car was ready. I called to find out it was ready. The service rep said he left a message, but I did not have one on either my cell phone or home phone.
I wanted to say that my experience at Woodfield Lexus was SUPERIOR. I met with Mark Demma for the 1st time and he was Amazing. I let him know what was I was looking for and he gave me nothing but great satisfaction without even haggling me and not to mention he was very professional and knowledgeable the entire time....I was in and out within a couple of hours. I am very happy with my new Lexus NX300 and I will definitely refer him to everyone Love Love Love

Scheduling service online is the way to go at Woodfield Lexus. It makes things so much easier and I know that once I get there for my appointment I'll be treated like a customer should. Although I've only been to Woodfield Lexus twice for service I like how they handle everything from greeting you to having an advisor getting things moving and the waiting area is really nice. One word of advice though...some of the chairs need to go. More comfortable chairs would be nice. Lol.
I was extremely happy with the service I had with Lexus. I wish you could go anywhere and receive this kind of hospitality. But I guess thats what sets them apart.
The 20 K miles service was performed very satisfactorily. I am not happy with the remote start feature. It's a waste of money and hardly works. it didn't even start with service manager during the demonstration.
