I took my Prius here for its first maintenance visit. The visit took twice as long as I was initially told it would. So when the email survey arrived, I commented about that. Within 48 hours the manager (?) Mike called me to talk to me about why the visit took longer (checking software on radio). He was pleasant on the phone, so I felt comfortable asking him additional questions about my car's alignment, etc. Super professional. People are always friendly and professional. I first took my 13 year old Honda Accord there for service to see how their service department was. I was paired with Tammie Sage as my service consultant and she could not have treated me any better if I had been driving a brand new Lexus. My 28 years as a customer at WOODFIELD LEXUS have been unblemished in any way. I don't think that any other dealership can make that claim of consistent, decades long excellence at all levels of consumer service throughout the dealer organization.

Great service dept with nice hours. Waiting room is big, clean n comfortable. Been taking my car there for years n been very happy. Service advisors have always been friendly and attentive.
Went in to get airbag replaced and the car was in and out in less than an hour as promised. I needed to run out while the work was being done so they quickly gave me a loaner which worked out perfectly. The only issue I now have is when I went to start my car to leave the dealer, the red BRAKE light was on in the dash and it was telling me to get to a service center. Not sure if something happened while getting the airbag done, but I now have this brake fluid light on.

During Covid19 lock down. We destroyed a tire on our E-Class. Not only were they prompt and followed thru on everything but just pulling into Service and the experience from the guys in the drive was great. Making sure health was a priority and then giving us back the vehicle absolutely sparkling was a bonus. These guys rock!
The service team at MB of St. Charles are seasoned professionals who put the customer first. They deliver high quality service and repairs, and are also highly experienced with AMG performance models. This is the only place I take my AMG for service.
