After visiting 3 other dealerships, we found ourselves at Schaumburg Toyota and we had the best price and service here. Jenita, our salesperson was extremely friendly and helpful. She takes care whole process very smoothly and always makes you feel comfortable, even with the paperworks, she explained everything point by point before she asked our signature. Also they offers sort of coffees and hot beverages, water and fresh muffins. Many thanks to whoever helped us yesterday and would definitely come back here for our next purchases.

I scheduled routine service at Woodfield Lexus as well as a repair that my warranty (not a Lexus warranty) did not cover. They were expedient upon my arrival and had me in my loaner car and out the door within 15 minutes of my arrival. They found a low cost option for my repair and completed the remaining service in the time frame that they said it would be done. All of their personnel were cordial, friendly and professional. There were no surprises on price and as I wrote above, they found a very reasonable low cost option for my repair. A great experience overall.

During a recent service appointment, the person who scheduled me didnt bother to check my file as I insisted.  As a result, when I arrived, they did not have the part needed to repair my car.  Kamil was outstanding in how he recovered the situation.  He quickly got me a loaner car and arranged to have my car brought to me when the repairs were done.  He is friendly, customer focused, thoughtful and all around awesome.

After some "negotiating" and back tracking to my original purchasing dealership, we received the service we are entitled to receive. Having a malfunction message appear on one's dashboard is always annoying and sometimes very concerning. In this case I was told to just ignore the message because it only came on once. After reading my manual, I discovered even once can be a concern with this malfunction. The dealership closest to me, which I have had great experience with in the past, gave me the brush off and only after I questioned things and investigated more, did they address the issue as it should have been from the start. All's well that ends well but, I bought a Mercedes to avoid this typical dealership warranty service run-around.

I have been going to this facility since they opened. Their service is exceptional. I own two other benzys and Steve (Manager) Ron, Service Sales, set themselves apart I have worked in the industry and they will treat you better than you treat yourself : ) I finally had to lay to rest my 1998 ML wth 280k plus miles. While in the process of deciding what to do Ron found me a vehicle for purchase that hit all the marks. Excellent and prompt service.This is my 2nd review about Mercedes Benz St. Charles, IL. This is a very unique situation and I thought to share with all so that in future no one suffers like me. So here is the story and I would request you all to read.I'm having a 2016 GLE 350 and I noticed some hair crack on the left side doors (front and back) trim, I called the dealer, got an appointment and went there, Dean Pontrelli helped me to get a loaner. Got call from Dean by 2:30 PM, upgrades are done and door trims are ordered and will take few days to come from Germany. I went to pickup my car, did sign the paperwork, got my keys and saw my car parked outside. I took the car keys came back home and I was little bit in hurry as I had to take my daughter to music lesson by 5 PM. So far all good.At the time to take my daughter to the music lesson, I entered into the car and my daughter was boarding the car from the other side and she screamed and said "dad what is this on your front passenger side door?". I jumped off and saw couple of Dents on the doors, looks like someone hit my door by his car door. THIS WASN'T THERE WHEN I HANDED OVER THE CAR & IT WAS SPOTLESS. When I handed over the car no one informed me about anything as there wasn't anything. Now the big mistake I did, on a good trust I took the car and came back home, but I should have check all around before driving back. Also if this would have been on the driver side , I would have noticed it. I took the car yesterday to the dealership, Steve said he is going to do some research and surely he is going to call me yesterday. But I never received any call back from anyone from that facility. So the drama started. Awaiting for their call. Let's see. But the reason I wanted to post this as even if you do not have any dent or scratch, please mention that while handing over the keys to dealership, and positively check all around before receiving and driving back your car from any facility.And this can happen to any car dealership, unfortunately this happened with me at this facility, so far I am impressed with this car dealership, awaiting for their decision to repair my car dents, let's see. But going forward I am going to check as much I can before accepting the car back. Thought to share with all so that next time you are in any dealership please do a quick sanity check before you accept your car.
