My experience is always AAA! I'm always made to feel like a VIP! I've known the service manager (Brian) and asst service manager (Jim) over 13 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the servicing of my vehicle! The folks at MIDTOWN TOYOTA are great!

I misread the invoice of the service I received and thought that a tire rotation had been left undone. I got a call from the service manager within two hours and had my mistake politely explained to me. I made the mistake, not them. They were very polite and prompt in getting me to see the error I had made. I appreciate their tact and promptness a great deal. Well done!

This was my 1st 6 month Complimentary checkup. My 2018 lexus NX300 was picked up from my home, and a very nice loaner left for my use. I didn't even get a chance to drive the loaner as the service was so speedy, my Vehicle was returned within 2 hours. Sparkling clean! The Driver was a very a down to home gentleman. Personable and accommodating. Kudos to him 🙂

So as I’m reading the previous reviews, I’m noticing a pattern. Like others, I drove into Chicago area to purchase a CPO Mercedes. (2015 GL 450). The salesman (Wayne) was very nice and seemed to know his stuff. I did a test drive and and everything seemed to check out. I proceeded to purchase the vehicle as it was what I wanted. No sooner was I 10 minutes down the road and went to test the rear windshield wiper fluid. It sprayed in the trunk of my car! I called Wayne right away and he was less than concerned. Told me to take it to a local dealership to fix. Awesome. Once home, I also noticed several other issues: paint chips, broken cup holder, chipped paint on steering wheel buttons, broken Rear A/C vent, missing cap to rear cigarette lighter cover, and one dead battery in the keyless entry. All sorts of small thinks that get overlooked when you spend a brief time looking the car. All things that you assume won’t be an issue if you buy a Benz. At this point, Wayne dropped off. Stopped returning my calls and text messages. Thankfully, my local dealership fixed everything at no charge, even though most of it wasn’t covered by warranty. I really like driving the vehicle. It’s a fantastic machine to drive. Just beware. It just seems like this dealership doesn’t do their due diligence for their CPO vehicles.UPDATE: The general manager (Craig) called me as a reply to my original 2 star review. He apologized to me for the issues I had and informed me that the salesman actually went on medical leave, thus the lack of correspondence. It sounds like he is trying to get this in order with his staff and mechanics, and get them to look at the fine details a little bit better.
