We were very happy with our recent experience buying a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry at Midtown Toyota. The price listed included the certification fee, which is not always the case. The salesperson, Victoria, was very patient, helpful, and easy to talk to. During the test drive and afterward, she answered all of our questions without pressure, and explained the various finance options. After buying the car, we left it there to have the windows tinted, and Victoria kept track of the work and responded quickly to phone calls. We were informed of the additional options on the car, including the benefit of longer warranties, but not pressured when we declined. Victoria is a first-rate sales rep and a kind, cordial person; we would recommend her and Midtown Toyota enthusiastically to anyone.

I had purchased a used LX470 from a private dealer in Palatine back in December. Carfax kept contacting me regarding an airbag recall, so I set up an appointment with Woodfield Lexus. I was greeted by 3 separate Lexus employees while I was still inside the service drop area. Extremely organized facility and replaced the airbag while I waited. Gave the the car back in spotless condition, even put dressing on the tires!

The online do it yourself service appointment system is very convenient. I came in with a mailer for discounted service that I didn’t exactly qualify for. Brad the service writer worked with me on discounted price anyway. Because the time allotted was longer than I expected I was offered a loner.
Ariel is the best salesman in this Mercedes dealer! I am very OCD about my car and any light that comes on or if something doesn't work out I text him and he responds within minutes!! EVEN ON SUNDAYS!!! hes awesome, very respectful, polite and very responsive. He doesn't just sell you a car and then ignore you!
